The route network before the 2026 attacks
Belgium's Commissariat général aux réfugiés et aux apatrides (CGRA) said in a report updated 10 December 2025 that Bamako-Sénou had direct links with 10 other countries and 13 international and domestic destinations, citing Flightradar24 data consulted on 17 November 2025 1. Its earlier report of 18 December 2024 gave 13 countries and 17 destinations, from data consulted on 25 November 2024 2. The counts come from flight tracking data on those dates.
The December 2025 report said one direct flight linked France and Mali, run by Corsair from Paris-Orly with about six weekly rotations, four of them nonstop, in about six hours 1. From Brussels the shortest trip took about 8 hours 30 minutes with a stop in Casablanca on Royal Air Maroc or Tunis on Tunisair 1. The 2024 report listed Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Airlines and Air Algérie among one-stop options 2.
Flights after the April 2026 attacks

He reported that Royal Air Maroc kept its daily Casablanca to Bamako rotations and that its flight on 25 April operated with a slight delay 3. The report said a few African airlines kept limited links but did not name them 3.
On 24 October 2026 the Royal Air Maroc booking page for Brussels to Bamako showed fares for November and December 2026 and none for January to March 2027 10. Fares on the page are collected over the previous 48 hours 10.
